Shipping Policy
At CXB Solutions, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing & Dispatch
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you promptly via email. You will be given the following options:
- Back-Order: Reserve the item and receive it as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged until the item ships.
- Cancel the Item: Remove the out-of-stock item from your order for a full refund on that item.
- Cancel the Entire Order: Cancel your order in full for a complete refund.
We will never ship a partial order without notifying you first.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. We work with major carriers to offer competitive rates on all order sizes.
