Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging — factory seals intact, tags attached, and all original components included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must not show signs of use, wear, modification, or damage caused after delivery.
Items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following categories are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Consumable items (fuel canisters, fire starters, matches, tinder)
- First aid and medical supplies once the packaging seal has been broken
- Special-order or custom-configured items
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
