All firearms purchased through CXB Solutions Inc. are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your state — not directly to your home. Upon checkout you will provide your local FFL dealer’s information. The receiving FFL will conduct the ATF Form 4473 background check (NICS) and complete the legal transfer to you.

Straw Purchase Warning — Federal Law
A straw purchase is a federal felony.
